Joe Thuotte (Author) - Having fulfilled a childhood commitment to slow glacier melting, the Syracuse, NY resident turned to writing a humorous book about the origins of popular idioms. He is currently basking in the glow of comparisons to other great works of literature (e.g., "It's no Gone With the Wind.")

 

John Thuotte (Illustrator) - As a means of relieving the stress of living in a sunny, southern California resort town, brother John found piece of mind by creating the pictorial masterpieces found herein. When asked why he bothers to craft such impressive doodles on the beach, he simply replies, "You can only stare at half-naked, beach volleyball players so long."

 

Connor Thuotte (Digital Enhancer) - Nashville based Connor was nice enough to take time off from his busy songwriting and music production/recording activities to enhance his uncle's beachside doodles. He does find his uncle's comments regarding the volleyball players confusing and nonsensical (see above).
